Hi, my name is Annai Smith and I’m an oil painter living and working from my orchard home in Northern California. Being completely surrounded by a nut orchard and having a fruit orchard in my backyard has given me a muse and source of inspiration I try to appreciate each day. There are times I long for the beauty of the wide world but recognize what a gift it is to see with an artist’s eye, the colors, textures, and intricacies of what is right in front of me. I don’t take that for granted!
My goal as an artist is to create something beautiful from my heart and perspective that will elevate and enrich your life. I love home and design. Beside the wonderful humans who reside in your home, there are a few elements I believe make a house a home: books, family photos, and Original Art. I hope to create art that connects with you!
